What happens after my free trial ends?
After your 14-day free trial, you'll be prompted to select a plan and enter payment information. Your data and schedules will be preserved. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused but not deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for annual subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime but are non-refundable for the current period.
How do connections work?
Each connection is a link to one company file in QuickBooks, Xero, or Zoho Books. For example, if you manage 3 QuickBooks companies, you'd need 3 connections.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We use bank-level encryption (AES-256) for data at rest and TLS for data in transit. We never store your accounting platform credentials - we use OAuth for secure authorization.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
